Everybody has an idea about how to become happier. Some people expect happiness from a new job, some from a higher salary, some from a new partner and others from the birth of their child. Thanks to the researches in positive psychology, today we already know which of these ideas make us really happier and which of them have just the opposite effect. In my presentation I will summarise what we can do to feel content without making happiness a fetish and getting into the ‘happiness trap’.
