These words
were playing table tennis among the three child seats and I could not remember
what had started the argument when I said to the biggest from the driver’s seat:
‘At least you should be smart enough to know that it is not worth getting into
an argument like that’. After some silence the answer came:’...But yes!’
And what’s up with us, adults? ‘Scandal!’ ‘The net is exploded!’ – is it worth
clicking on these links? Does it make sense to get into shouting or games? Does
it make sense to get angry because our friend has voted for someone else or the
car in front of us missed to use the turn signal?
Anything can be a potty: the family, the class, the workplace, the district or the
Carpathian Basin.
Anything can be a storm as well: a quarrel, a tabloid scandal, a demonstration-
anti-demonstration, the fall of a politician or a Brexit. There may be
seemingly big storms. But the potty is still a potty.
This evening encourages us that sometimes we should raise our head from the
potty, look around if others can also hear the thunderstorm.
